5:30 p.m. - Prescott Valley Planning & Zoning Commission. Public Hearing Item 7.a. Upon the application of the Fain Signature Group, property owner, a request for a Zone Map Change to allow the development of approximately 650 acres into a Master Planned Community which will include single-family residential, multi-family residential, and commercial. The property is located north and south of Lakeshore Drive from Badger Rd. on the west to Fain Rd. on the east. The council memo contains references to water resources, conservation, stormwater management, water and wastewater infrastructure, all with little detail, on packet pages 2,7, and 8. The slide presentation in the packet lists "water/wastewater drainage" and an item "to be presented in detail by the applicant."
