NEW! 6:00 p.m. - Chino Valley Town Council Regular Meeting. Agenda item 6.a. is possible action to approve an ordinance amending Chapter 51 of the Town Code regarding utility connections. The amendment would require new subdivisions of any size or type to connect to municipal water and/or sewer. If sewer connection is not possible, there remains an option to create a satellite service area with a temporary package plant until such time as sewer extensions can be made. New single family residential properties would also be required to connect to municipal water and sewer if utilities are located in the right-of-way adjacent to the property.
