NEW! 6:00 p.m. - Chino Valley Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting. Agenda Item D. Is a Public Hearing on a request by Lynn Niewiadomski, on behalf of Circle-K, for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a Soil Remediation System and related equipment to be installed. The property is located at 1910 N State Route 89 in Chino Valley. From the Town Staff analysis in the agenda packet: Between December of 2023 and January of 2024, a fuel release was identified at the existing Circle K Store and fueling station located at 1910 N State Route 89 within the Town of Chino Valley.
