NEW! 1:00 p.m. ADWR Informal Public Meeting: Alternative Path to Designation of a 100-year Assured Water Supply. The AZ Dept. of Water Resources (ADWR) will host a third informal public meeting to provide an update on the rulemaking process and the next steps on draft rules for an Alternative Path to Designation of a 100-year Assured Water Supply (ADAWS). The ADAWS rulemaking seeks to address challenges that some water providers face in pursuing a new Designation of 100-year Assured Water Supply (DAWS) under the current rules.
