NEW! 1:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m.- ADEQ Proposed Water Quality Rule Corrections - Hybrid Meeting. ADEQ will host a brief hybrid (webinar and in-person) informal informational meeting to provide stakeholders an overview of proposed water quality rule updates. ADEQ plans to update various water quality rules in Title 18 Chapters 4, 5, 9, and 11 of the Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) through expedited rulemakings. These updates fix errors, correct outdated references, and clarify rule language. These changes are expected to enhance public understanding of the rules thereby reducing regulatory burden.
