3:00 p.m. - Prescott City Council Voting Meeting. Agenda item 10.A. is Public Hearing Regarding Proposed Increases to City of Prescott Development Impact Fees. The public hearing is the next step in the process to update the City's Development Impact Fees. Per statute, within 60 days but not before 30 days, the City Council shall then approve or disapprove the changes to the impact fees. This is scheduled for the Council's voting meeting on October 8, 2024. Item 10.B. is Discussion, Consideration & Possible Action Relating to and Clarifying the Roles of the Water Issues Subcommittee and the Newly Created Water Policy Review Committee.
